Banana-raspberry smoothie


Нежный десерт за 5 минут? Легко:)
Sweet dessert for 5 minutes? It is easy :)

На одну порцию вам нужно | For one portion you need 

100 г йогурта | 100 g of yoghurt
100 г молока | 100 g of milk
1 банан | 1 banana
40 г малины | 40 g of raspberry
ложка меда | spoon of honey

Измельчите ингредиенты блендером и взбейте с йогуртом и молоком. Нежный и легкий десерт на завтрак или ужин.

Grind the ingredients and whisk with yogurt and milk with a mixer. Delicate and light dessert for breakfast or supper.
